Jerry Brown installs his painting titled, Yà’dił’hił ałchí silà (The Universe), in the McKinley County Courthouse Rotunda. Brown is the first artist to install his work as part of the Courthouse Rotunda Public Art Project, which is a partnership between gallup ARTS and McKinley County. Brown's painting is an abstract representation of the night sky and those who watch over us all. The project received funds from the Art in Public Places program via the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs. When complete, the Rotunda project will feature art from three different local artists.
